The Slippery Slope
We have had nothing but trouble with our Samsung fridge, and Samsung customer support has been unsympathetic and insensitive. So far, we have had 2 repair visits, and 3 different parts replaced. We no longer have any confidence in Samsung; their customer service is not only unsympathetic, they even accused us of being the problem - in spite of multiple parts being replace. We do not like our fridge, and will at some point just sell it.
We are now thinking to move on from Samsung in our phones, too. Of our 4 Samsung phones, we have already changed one to an iPhone - and will do more soon.
